Tauer is committed to providing every homeowner with a level of craftsmanship, and service that exceeds the industry standards.  Our company has endeavored to select the most qualified subcontractors for each trade as well as high-quality building materials.  Tauer will service items that, in our opinion, are the result of poor workmanship, neglect, or do not meet necessary tolerances as compared to the industry standard.  It is critical that each homeowner understands the homeowner's manual and implements those items that fall within the homeowner’s obligations. 

If any standards or tolerances are referenced herein, such data is applicable only during the warranty period (one year from the settlement date).  Homeowners should reference the “Limited Warranty” documentation for additional construction tolerances.  Tauer cannot be obligated to repair items that exceed the tolerances after the first year of ownership.
