Scope of Services
- 1. Identify both standard and upgrade finish selections in each unit type. 2. Document the entire unit interior selection process from setting up the initial meetings with purchasers through the final selections. 3. Set up the program for establishing the pricing adds and credits. 4. Implement a system for custom work including realistic time frames for redesign, pricing, and follow-up purchaser meetings. 5. Design unit specific selection sheets with standard and prepriced upgrades options, and substitution requests. 6. Meet with each purchaser for up to four hours to personalize their unit and finalize selection sheets. 7. Assemble selections into a complete and coordinated package for construction. 8. Coordinate base building changes that are required due to unit changes with the A/E team so as not to cause delays. 9. Provide unit inspections throughout construction at critical times of framing, rough in, trim out, and finals. 10. Schedule walk throughs in all units and generate a walk through list for changes. 11. Perform a final walk through before closing and record any remaining work to be done after closing. 12. Document and monitor all work done in units after closing. 13. Assist Contractors in the development of the warranty manual and procedures book to assign to the purchasers.
